I'm Tika, a London-based B2C and DTC marketing consultant with 15+ years building and scaling organic-first engines. I help founders, solopreneurs, and lean teams build marketing foundations, influencer programmes, and integrated systems to create growth that compounds.

Hi. I'm Tika and I've spent 15 years becoming the kind of marketer most brands only find once.
I started as a founding marketer who was a generalist, scrappy, resourceful, building from nothing with whatever was available.
At Skyscanner, where I spent nearly 8 years between APAC and Global roles, I found my home, a place where bold ideas got backing and integrated growth thinking was rewarded. I went deep into influencer marketing, not as a silo but as a growth engine with a strong commercial drive. I learned what it really looks like when everything works together. I carried that integrated approach to build and scale marketing strategies, influencer programmes, and integrated systems for other brands.
When I got into consulting work and started helping startup founders and solopreneurs, I’ve seen a recurring absence of foundational marketing in their strategy. Without clarity on the why and the who even the best marketing tactics build on sand.
Meanwhile more established brands have a different version of the same problem. Marketing running in silos, channels duplicating effort, teams working hard but not together, and momentum never quite building.
When it comes to influencer marketing, I think it is still one of the most misunderstood channels in the industry. Many brands either ignore its full potential, treat it as a series of one-off collaborations, or measure it the wrong way. Done right, influencer marketing is not just awareness and it's not just performance. It's very much both with organic growth that compounds long after the work is done.
